All i can say is WOW!! Brad is extremely knowledgeable and promised he would sell my home after 2 other realitors could not. He did it and was very great at negotiating and kept me informed as the process went. He ever found us a great home within in 30 days and negotiated a great purchase price and even helped finding us some contractors as we wanted to do a few updates to the home. You cant go wrong with Brad!!!!
