Palm Shores

Welcome to the Town of Palm Shores.

We are a close-knit community located in the area known as the Space Coast, in east central Brevard County along a portion of historic US-1 that is designated as the Indian River Lagoon Scenic Highway.

Centrally situated close to many other desirable communities, we are bordered to the east by the Indian River Lagoon, are just a few miles north of Melbourne, due south of Rockledge and Cocoa and less than 5 minutes from the Banana River, Patrick AFB and the Atlantic Ocean and its’ famous beaches.

Our picturesque community is known as “The Little Town That Cares,” and we are proud of that title!

If you need some time to relax? Enjoy our beautiful Shoreside Park. Amenities include, fishing, playground, pavilion and picnic area.

Rebuilt after the hurricanes in 2004, Shoreside Park provides a great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of life without having to go far! Come, join us, the fishing is great!

The Town of Palm Shores is known as a “strong mayor” form of government. All legislative powers of the Town shall be vested in an elected council, however the Mayor shall execute the laws and administer the government of the Town on a daily basis.

Residential Subdivisions
The Town is home to four residential subdivisions: Ashley Oaks, Palm Shores Estates, Honeybrook Plantation and our brand new Hammock Shores.

Palm Shores is currently home to 3 restaurants: Pineda Crossing Bar and Grill, Cabana Shores Tiki Bar and Grill, and Palm Shores Bistro. We are home to BRPH Corporate Headquarters, Candlewood Suites, Florida Bank of Commerce, and Brevard Counties first WAWA Convenience Store.
