Brad and his team took over the sales and marketing after the 1st realtor only managed to have 3 showings after 60 days when the housing market was still hot late last summer; after expressing my frustration on social media, 3 different people recommended Brad, and it didn’t take long for me to realize why.

In a slow market, Brad averaged 3-4 showing per week, our views on Zillow went from ~30 per day to on average >120 views per day, often in the top 3 Zillow rankings for zip for 3/2 and similar sq ft. Before the end of the 2018 Christmas break, he provided options to improve value, as well as a pricing strategy to have the house under contract as we transitioned into 2019, to the point I was concerned a buyer would provide an acceptable offer while I was overseas the 2nd week of January; we had two competing buyers the 1st week of January, and Brad laid out the benefits/values for each offer, and helped me make what was the right decision, without any pressure.

Needless to say, Brad impressed my wife and I, even though we have never officially met; the entire transaction happened remote since we currently live 2400 miles away. What was really cool about Brad was, the dedication with keeping me in the loop, by any means necessary, and if either of us were unclear about the intentions we always followed up with a phone call or email.

It is easy to find realtors; for the most part, it seems as if every 3 out of 5 people are realtors these day.
