MD Realty Team Marly & David Simmons

Marly moved from Colorado to Melbourne in 1993 and pursued a career in the printing and graphics industry. In 2004 she moved to the Florida Keys to be with family and became friends with David Simmons. Separately, they eventually moved to Ft. Lauderdale and once again found each other. They rekindled their friendship and a year later were married. While in Ft. Lauderdale, Marly pursued her real estate license and David worked in surveying. Then, they had an opportunity to live on 90 beautiful acres outside of Greenville, South Carolina, so they moved! After four years, they missed Florida and came back to the Melbourne area where they share their same intensities and passions in the real estate industry and enjoy helping, working with and meeting new people.
